The Bachelor of Science in Catering Science and Hotel Management is a three-year full-time undergraduate programme that is divided into six semesters. The hotel management course's major goal is to provide experienced applicants with the necessary skills, knowledge, values, and attitudes to work in critical operational circumstances in the hospitality business. The education in top hotel management institutions is designed to prepare students for managerial positions by teaching them about hotel management, food production, foodservice, beverage service, front desk, housekeeping, computers, financial supervision, tourism and travel management, and nutrition. Candidates interested in this programme must have completed 10+2 in the science stream with a minimum of 50% aggregate. A curriculum followed here can equip undergraduates with a plethora of work opportunities.
Under-graduated students can work as a Management Trainee in a hotel, a Hotel Operation Trainee, work in flight kitchens, in-flight services like cabin crew, and as a Guest or Customer Relation Executive in a hotel after completing their studies.
