B. Com Corporate Secretaryship is a three-year full-time undergraduate program that focuses on the comprehensive study of corporate governance concepts and processes, with a specific emphasis on secretarial activities and company regulations. Corporate management techniques, investment management, and economic regulation are among the topics covered in the course's curriculum. In India, the course is available in three specializations: computer applications, e-commerce, and corporate secretaryship. A Corporate Secretaryship is the act of operating a company's administration, particularly in terms of maintaining compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations and ensuring that the board of directors' decisions are carried out. The course is establishing a partnership with the Indian Institute of Companies Secretaries to prepare students for chartered degrees in secretarial activity, accounting, and auditing. Students are inculcated with ethical standards and practical exposures in the area of Secretarial Practice through the collaborative technique with industries and professional bodies like ICWAI, ICSAI & ICAI.
Eligibility Criteria
+2 Pass (Accountancy and Commerce as Compulsory subjects taken in their higher secondary examination) State Board or the equivalent of any other board.
